The Unicorn Sisters is a film made with passion. There were so many bumps along the road, but as any pioneer would do, the team did whatever it took to bring everyone and everything together to make this beautiful production. This is the first project for many of the actors, nailing their dramatic moments with the skills of award winners. Speaking of awards, This film was recognized at film festivals, both domestically and internationally.

The Film was re-edited at The American Film Institute - AFI in September 2019 for its 7 day theatrical public release at the Laemmle Royal Theater from 09/13 - 09/19/ 2019. This Los Angeles theatrical run qualified the movie to be submitted to The Academy in the live-action short film category for Oscars 2020 consideration. Even though The Unicorn Sisters wasn't nominated , we were honored to present the film and our talent to well over 8000 Academy members.

The Unicorn Sisters was entirely filmed in 2 days inside of the revolutionary 3D Studios; LA CASTLE STUDIOS in Burbank, CA.
With the power of the Unreal Engine Video Game system, combined with the virtual 3D LA Castle Studios system, sets normally complicated to create, were created in seconds.

The Premiere of The Unicorn Sisters, starring I AM A STAR's talent alongside Nickelodeon Stars Matthew Underwood and Sean Flynn was held in the famous Vista Theatre in Los Angeles on June 9th, 2018.
"The Premiere was a memory for a lifetime", recalls the Producer and the Owner of I AM A STAR, Zuzana Monroe. The parents were excited to see their kids on The Big Screen for the first time, Zuzana continues.
The Premiere was also attended by Disney & Nickelodeon Celebrities; Matthew Underwood, Sean Flynn, Jennifer Veal, Buzz Tv Network

Synopsis
As three sisters suddenly become orphans, Julia, the eldest sibling finds a way to cope with the loss through writing poems.
Julia gives love and courage freely, as she reads her poems to Joey, a boy who is bedridden in the local hospital.
Her only wish is to find happiness in a long-desired friendship with the most popular girl in school, Kelly.
Kelly's sister Millie is in the same hospital as Joey, battling a similar disease.
Kelly is slowly realizing the true meaning of life as she is secretly listening to Julia's poems.
Her behavior towards her ill sister Millie changes and the magic of life's simplicity opens the door to a new friendship.
